This is a Visual Basic Script prank that you can play on your friends or family, just to have some fun. One of the simplest prank hack, this takes only a couple of minutes. To set-up the person who you want to play the prank on, just make him go away for a couple of minutes by saying something like “Mate can you grab a glass of water for me”, I’m sure he won’t refuse. Now, when he’s out of sight, open Windows Notepad or any plain text editor and then type in the following:
MsgBox ” You are not worthy enough to take any information from the cyber space.”+vbcrlf+vbtab+ “Click OK if you are a F****** little M***n!”, 0, “Error”
Or
MsgBox “Found guilty of breaching US Miltary Cyber Space, don’t ignore this message by hitting X”+vbcrlf+vbtab+vbtab+ “Click OK if you are a member of Al-Qaeda”, 0, “Error”
• Now save the file with extension .vbs, example Firefox.vbs (save it preferably with a program name that your friend uses very frequently)
• Test the file by double clicking it; you’ll see the error message.
NOTE: If you don’t see the error message then just open the same file again in Notepad and delete the quotes and write the quotes again and save it.
.
# Now for the final nail in the coffin:
• Right click on the saved file (Firefox.vbs) and click on Send To-> Desktop (create shortcut)
• Then right click on this shortcut, click on Properties->Shortcut->Change Icon
• Now browse for the program icon and save it.
• Rename the program icon to Firefox and that will do the trick.
.
The next time your friend clicks on the Firefox icon( the fake one that you created on his desktop) he’ll be amazed or most probably terrified by the error message he sees.
